AggDirect is a logistics platform that connects customers needing aggregate materials or hauling services with drivers and fleets in real time. The goal was to create a digital solution that streamlined ordering, delivery, and job management for contractors, developers, property owners, and government agencies.

The client required two integrated mobile apps—one for customers to place and track orders and another for drivers to accept jobs, manage fleets, and confirm deliveries. Key requirements included real-time tracking, digital job tickets, route optimization, instant notifications, and cross-platform availability on iOS and Android.
Solutions We Delivered
We developed two robust mobile applications, one in Swift for iOS and the other in Kotlin for Android, ensuring fully native performance. We integrated Mapbox for advanced route optimization, real-time location tracking, and OpenCV for processing digital proof of delivery. These solutions provided accurate logistics management, seamless communication between customers and drivers, and a scalable platform to support AggDirect’s fast-growing operations.
