At Elite, we also cover many things other companies exclude, such as items without maintenance records, mismatched systems, and older items (no matter the age!). The client needed a scalable and transparent web platform capable of managing all aspects of the warranty lifecycle — from plan selection and user onboarding to claims submission and vendor dispatch. Their primary goals were to improve customer trust, streamline claim handling, and ensure compliance across multiple U.S. states. They required secure payment integration, automated claim tracking, and a well-structured admin dashboard to manage vendors, customers, and policies efficiently. A strong focus was placed on user experience, ensuring customers could easily understand coverage, submit claims, and monitor progress in real time.Solution we delivered
We designed and developed a modern web platform using Node.js, Angular, and MySQL, ensuring reliability, scalability, and speed. A secure claims management system was built for homeowners to report issues, upload documentation, and receive updates at every stage. The admin dashboard enabled Elite’s internal team to review claims, assign service vendors, and process approvals quickly. Integrated Stripe payments ensured seamless premium collection and payouts, while Google APIs helped manage location-based service assignments. Our team also implemented automated email and SMS notifications to enhance transparency and user engagement.
