About the project

Fairtix Insights is an event-management tool built to give organizers a real-time window into their event performance. With this app, event hosts can monitor ticket sales, track check-ins (scans), view orders, and analyze attendee data down to the individual event level. It’s designed to bring clarity and control to the event lifecycle, replacing manual spreadsheets and delayed reports.

Client requirements

The client needed an organizer’s companion app to monitor sales and attendance in real time, with features such as live ticket scanning, summary dashboards, attendee lists, and order management. They wanted an interface that’s fast, intuitive, and reliable even during high-traffic events. Offline or intermittent connectivity handling, data synchronization, event security, and scalability to support multiple simultaneous events were also high priorities.

Solution we delivered

We developed the Flutter app to ensure a seamless and consistent experience across Android and iOS, speeding up development while keeping performance high. We built modules for ticket scanning, sales dashboards, order details, and attendee management, with live updates and data synchronization. We also designed efficient offline caching and synchronization logic so that scan data and event metrics remain accurate even if connectivity fluctuates. Our backend architecture supports secure data APIs, role-based access, and scaling to support many concurrent events. The result is a robust, responsive app that empowers event organizers to stay informed and in control.
